Find Medicare

Duration: 2018 – 2020

Goal:
Working with a team of content strategists, developers, and customer experience associates, we were tasked with creating and launching an online medicare marketplace within 6 months before the Annual Enrollment Period. Our focus was on how to improve the current Medicare Part D consumer journey for plan research and purchase.

Solution: 
I lead the UX, visual design, and design system creation for launching Find Medicare. Signing up for Medicare is a very complicated and daunting process for seniors. We focused on creating a more personalized and guided experience providing users with Medicare education and package recommendations, easier plan comparisons, and a digital agent solution that allowed for online purchasing which currently does not exist in the Medicare space.
